When will my order ship?

• Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, and are shipped within 2-10 business days.

What metal is your jewelry made out of?

• All jewelry metal settings are made of brass, and then coated in various colored finishes. All pieces are nickel and lead free.

Can I return my jewelry?

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return your item (s) for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days from the date of shipment. If returned between 16 and 30 days from date of shipment, and exchange or store credit will be granted. After 30 days from date of shipment, returns will not be accepted.
• All refunds, less original shipping charges, will be issued upon receipt of your return to our store.
• Custom designed jewelry pieces are considered final sale.
• If your jewelry arrives damaged, take a photo immediately of the damage, and email it to beyondthecrystal@yahoo.com. Include your name and date of package arrival in the email. This must be completed within two days of receipt of your order. Damage will be reconciled, and is subject to Beyond the Crystal review and discretion of action.
